So last night Ron made cookies and Cherry Cobbler...and I ate some. I ate several cookies. Luckily I didnt put on any weight but seriously!!! My goal this week is to not eat any sweets! NONE until saturday and then I am going to allow myself only a few. I am also on my period this week so I am going to try and stay realistic about my weighloss because its harder to loose weight when your on your period!

I think that is a great goal. And by cutting down on sweets you might not even want them in the end? Like soda, if I quit and drink one when its been a long time it tastes disgusting... i wish it was like that now :) Love ya girl!
