Back to life!
Yesterday I made Ron a meal of his choice to celebrate his promotion and today I am on my way and back to dieting. I woke up this morning at 6 and did a 45 minute cardio workout and a 10 minute ab workout. It makes me sad to realize that all my hard work has had a set back. The workouts I did today were ones that I felt were not pushing me to the limits before and now I am winded long before I was before I got sick. I guess what counts is that I'm back on track. I have 2.5 lbs loose to get back to 145 so I am hoping to be there by next week. I HAVE to keep on this track. I will try and make time to put up some of the recipes I started making before I got sick. My sister loaned me a book of recipes from hungry girl and there are some really good ones =)
