I am on my way to 130's
I got up at 6 this morning to work out and will continue to do that the rest of the week. I also worked out on the elliptical after I put lizzy down for bed last night and will be doing that the rest of the week too. I have been focusing on trying to get 2 strength training workouts in a week and have been doing really well with that. It feels really good to know that my muscles are getting stronger. I also started doing weight watchers yesterday and realized that most days I am not eating enough which makes sense because I have been getting really faint during the days and feeling nauseous. It started about a week before we left for vegas but while we were in vegas I felt fine. . I think my next goal is to be down to 140 by new years. I still have to look at a calender and see if that is possible with the 2 lbs I am averaging every two weeks. I may have to push it back a week or two though. My origianl goal was to be down to 135 but I may want to loose more after I get there. We will see.
