I set a goal this week to workout six days and so far I have done it every day. 4 of those days I wanted to work out for atleast an hour and the other two atleast 30 minutes. Today I am going to do 30 minute zumba and a 20 minute ab workout and then tomorrow do some sortof strength training and 20 minutes of abs. I will have met my 6 day goal. None of the days this week so far I have worked out less then 45 minutes. So much for only a 30 minute workout this week. It was a nice thought but I just feel like I need to be pushing myself. I have eaten really well except monday Ron brought me a turnover and milkshake from arbys but I didnt eat them all. I know its okay to allow myself one day to treat myself so I feel okay about it. I lost another pound today and am now at 146. Only one more pound to reach the goal I set to be at for next wed! 135 pounds is really starting to feel within reach although I know its not going to be overnight.
