This week has been really good for working out. I have been trying to work out for more then an hour each day. One day I did more then hour and 1/2 of cardio and mixed up the cardio by doing 30 minutes on the elliptical, 35 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of a high intensity cardio video. Mixing things up has really helped me. Yesterday I did 2 different strength training videos and I was so so so soar when I went to bed. It felt really good. I feel like I am working hard and it feels really good. I decided since I worked out Monday-Thursday each day to take a break today and then work out again tomorrow morning!
I am amazed at how much better I feel in most aspects of my life. I sleep better, I have more energy and I just feel generally happier. Its really really nice to see that my life is being affected and all my hard work is paying off.
My motivation is NEVER EVER seeing 150's again (unless I am pregnant.) I got up to the 180's when I was pregnant and I definitely never want to see those again, even if I am pregnant.
