Taking Control of Life: A Journey: Too funny

My name is Erin anderson and
I am just an average every day person.
I am not a professional or even an expert in weight loss and health. I have
just had enough life experience that through trial and error feel like I have
learned a lot about losing weight, health and fitness.

I
still have a lot to learn and I know weight loss is not easy.
I know that even overall health is not
easy. I struggle just like most people!

I started my journey almost three years ago after
I had my daughter when I realized that staying fit was no longer as easy as it
was when I was in high school. I felt unhealthy and new I wanted to be healthy
in all forms. This blog is about health not just weight loss! If
